SYMPTOMS
15. Neon Tetra, (and rarely other tetras) begin to lose normal brilliant, sharply demarked colouration; respiratory rate increases to 100 + GB / min. (gill beats per minute)

DISEASE
Neon tetra disease - caused by fungal organism - Plistophera.

TROPICAL FRESHWATER & COLDWATER AQUARIA
Change 25% - 33% of aquarium water for HUMAQUAT - treated tap or rainwater and treat with PROTOZIN.

SEAWATER AND BRACKISHWATER
Not applicable.

GARDEN PONDS
Not applicable.

PREVENTION
Improve aquarium hygiene and or filtration. Improve feeding regime. Never buy these species if not fully quarantined in PROTOZIN, MYXAZIN, STERAZIN after importation. Remember Waterlife 6.5 BUFFER not only buffers the pH down to 6.5 but also softens the water.
